1. About the Service

The Service is an unofficial, fan made web application that assists in sharing and managing guest invitation codes for the HAUS feature of STEPN GO. It has no affiliation whatsoever with STEPN, STEPN GO, or their operator (Find Satoshi Lab), and is not partnered with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. "STEPN", "STEPN GO", and similar names are trademarks of their respective rights holders.

2. Definitions

• "User" means any person who views or uses the Service.
• "Host activity" means the act of posting or providing an invitation code.
• "Guest activity" means the act of obtaining or using a posted invitation code.
• "Posted content" means the codes, images, text, and other materials that a user registers or submits to the Service.

3. Registration and Accounts

Some features require account registration. Users must keep their registration information accurate and up to date, and are responsible for managing their account. Passwords are stored in an unrecoverable form (hashed). If you discover unauthorized use by a third party, please contact the operator promptly.

4. Eligibility and Age

The Service assumes that the user meets the age and eligibility requirements to use the Service and related services such as STEPN GO under the laws of the country or region where the user resides. Minors should use the Service with the consent of a guardian.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting listings or codes using false information
• Impersonating others or infringing the rights of others
• Using the Service for fraud, solicitation of improper transactions, or demands for money
• Unauthorized access, excessive automated requests, or other acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Use in a manner that violates the terms of service of STEPN or other third party services

6. Posted Content (Codes and Images)

The user who posts content is responsible for its legality and accuracy. The operator may store, display, translate, and reproduce posted content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service and to prevent fraud. The operator may make private or delete posted content suspected of violating the Terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights relating to the Service and its components (programs, designs, logos, and the like, excluding third party trademarks) belong to the operator or the rightful rights holders.

8. Advertising and Affiliate Links

To cover operating costs, the Service may display advertising and affiliate links delivered by third parties such as the Amazon Associates Program and Google AdSense. 9. Disclaimer and No Warranty

The Service is provided on an as is basis. The operator makes no warranty of any kind regarding the validity or usability of posted codes, or the outcome of exchanges made between hosts and guests, and bears no responsibility for them. Disputes between users shall be resolved between the parties concerned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect damages, special damages, or lost profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

The operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Important changes will be announced on the Service. If you use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the Kobe District Court in Japan shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement. These Terms are executed in Japanese; if there is any inconsistency between a translated version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
